Amy Sheehan has been producing some of the best music events on the West Coast & Hawaii for the last 25 years. Along with her husband Dan, she has been the Operations Manager for the California Roots Festival, the latest reggae festival in the US, since 2012. They recently revived their production company Good Vibez Presents in 2021, as they emerged from the pandemic a bit bruised but still standing.

Amy produces Monterey county's popular Night Market 831, which showcases local artists, food, organizations and musicians and is built solely for the local communities benefit. It is housed in the beautiful Sand City Art Park in Sand City, CA.

Bringing her 25 years of industry experience to Monterey has helped breathe new life into the Central Coast's music scene, and opened doors to music professionals in the area. In a male dominated industry, Amy creates spaces for women to learn, grow and flourish in management roles.

Amy is an advocate for local businesses and artists, the LGBTQ+ community and supports a number of local charitable organizations. She and Dan relocated to Monterey when their daughter Makena was born, to be an active part of the community that they were now building their events and careers in. They have built the base of operations for Good Vibez Presents right in their adopted hometown of Monterey, and are happy to support the local community. In her down time, you can find Amy reading a good book, baking something sweet from old family recipes and spending time at the beach with her family.

Dan Sheehan is co-owner of Good Vibez Presents, producer of the largest reggae festival in the US, California Roots Music & Arts Festival and the promoter, operational partner and talent buyer for music venues and outdoor festivals throughout North America. Sheehan has been in the music industry since 1999, starting as a radio DJ while he lived in Guam.  After leaving Guam, Hawaii-raised Sheehan migrated to Northern California and established his own production company, Good Vibez Entertainment in 2002.  Good Vibez Entertainment grew rapidly to include producing tours that spanned the entire west coast and Hawaiian Islands as well as music festivals.

Sheehan came on board with Cali Roots in 2012 and was instrumental in laying the groundwork and building relationships with agents and management—enabling the festival to secure the top names in the scene.  With Sheehan at the helm, Cali Roots rapidly grew from a backyard party to the largest reggae festival in the country.

Sheehan has branched out from Cali Roots as new opportunities have presented themselves.  As the Promoter of the Avila Beach Resort summer series, he has brought sold out events to Avila, CA for many consecutive summers.  Sheehan is also partner/owner of the iconic Fremont Theater in San Luis Obispo where he has built a new following of locals and out-of-town concert goers by securing the Fremont as a renowned tour stop for bands of all genres.   Sheehan is also one of the hosts on Sirius XM's The Spectrum Cali Roots Radio.

During off time, Dan enjoys going to the local Monterey beaches with his daughter and wife, hanging out with his two dogs and a cat, cooking amazing from-scratch meals for his family and friends.

Dana L. Greer has been part of Good Vibez for more than 12 years. She began her journey as a blogger and photographer for California Roots and worked her way into a senior leadership role overseeing every aspect of the company's events from idea to execution and everywhere in between. Dana played a central role in creating Holo Holo Music Festival from the ground up, transforming it into a multi-city celebration of island and reggae music, and has helped guide California Roots Music & Arts Festival to its position as the largest reggae-rock event in the nation. She has also managed marketing at the historic Fremont Theater for more than eight years, helping to establish it as one of California's premier independent music venues.
Dana's vision, leadership, and dedication have fueled innovative marketing, high-impact partnerships, and the continued growth of Good Vibez brands. She has spearheaded marketing for thousands of events and venues, earning a reputation for a collaborative leadership style that sparks creativity and empowers her teams. Guided by the belief that the ultimate measure of success is an unforgettable audience experience, she approaches each project with both strategic insight and a passion for creating meaningful connections.
With a Bachelor's degree in Business and a concentration in Management, Dana blends vision with hands-on expertise. Behind the scenes, she enjoys creating, spending time with family, and embracing the beach life that keeps her grounded and connected to the Good Vibez spirit.

Jamie is a local - born & raised here in our home town office of Monterey, CA. Raised in the Hospitality industry, Jamie gained her organizational skills and great attention to detail from growing up in her family's Carmel, CA restaurant. During her senior year of high school, Jamie earned an Administrative Assistant internship at a medical practice. With all the training Jamie obtained during her internship, she was able to move on to be a Clinic Manager for a busy family medicine practice. Before coming to us, Jamie furthered her Administrative career at the Veterans Administration where she honed her skills while on the Women's Health team serving our nation's military heroes. After 15 years in the medical administrative field, Jamie turned in her scrubs for band tees and joined our team in 2023!

When Jamie is not in the office, you can find her outside! Anywhere outside! As Jamie puts it "inside sucks." Jamie has a passion for picking up litter and is the co-founder of "The Daughters of Detritus." She is an avid hiker, and enjoys camping, especially during meteor showers!

Katie is a small town girl from North Carolina who got her start in the music industry during college when she began volunteering to see shows for free. She moved into a manager role and then made the leap to assistant at an independent music agency not long after.  Around the same time, Cali Roots The Carolina Sessions was born which led to her first opportunity to work with Dan and Amy. That next year in 2014, they brought her out west for her first onsite experience working Cali Roots. She moved to Los Angeles with the agency in 2015 where she thrived in the City of Angels for 5 years; each year heading north to spend a week doing what she loves most - working music festivals.

In January of 2022 the stars finally aligned and Good Vibez brought her on full time as Event Development & Operations Manager where she oversees all of the logistical details for every festival. She's still smiling. When she's not enjoying work - in the office or at an event - she's probably on a beach somewhere or on the mats enjoying her other passion in life, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Zach grew up in Northern California in and around the music industry since birth. With his dad working for many influential musicians and large events while he was growing up, Zach got an early start in everything from managing parking lots to working as a production assistant as a pre-teen. During college at Pacific University, he was president of the Student Activities Board, planning and managing all performances, dances, concerts and speakers on campus. After college, Zach became an electrician while also working on music events up & down the West Coast, including seven California Roots Festivals. He now holds electrician licenses in three states with a focus on solar and renewable energy.

In early 2023, Zach moved to Hawaii with his wife Coco and young daughter Eena to be closer to family after a decade in Portland, Oregon. When he's not working, he can usually be found playing soccer or building something in his yard. He is looking forward to returning to the music industry full time with Good Vibez as the Event Operations Director.
